Terms of responsible use

You must own or be authorized to use your OpenAI and Telnyx accounts and purchased caller numbers. You pay the providers directly and are responsible for activity performed using your credentials.

Only place lawful calls with appropriate permission. Explain that the caller is AI and obtain any recording consent required by the relevant jurisdictions. Software prompts do not establish legal compliance.

Never use AgentDial for emergency calls, medical emergencies or other safety-critical services. Do not use it for spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation or unsolicited campaigns.

AgentDial is an integration preview. Availability, transcript completeness and termination timing are not guaranteed. An ambiguous provider response may have placed a call: do not redial until it is reconciled. The 30-day application policy does not guarantee deletion from providers or backups.

Access may be suspended for abuse or safety reasons. Review the acceptable-use policy before placing a call. Public launch requires operator review of these terms and a monitored support contact.
